- Handful Mixed berries/Raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 Mango
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- Handful Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
- Place berries, banana, mango, cinnamon, honey and ice cubes (optional) into blender.
- Pour in coconut milk. If you have a Nutribullet, I usually add milk to the max line.
- Blend until fruits are completely combined with milk. Add in chia seeds and blend for a few more seconds.
- Once you’re happy with the consistency, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Raspberries are low in calories but high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Bananas are a source of vitamin C and have manganese which is good for your skin.
Mangoes are filled with antioxidants which are great for keeping the skin nourished. Mangoes also help prevent acne breakouts and improve skin tone.
Coconut Milk has high levels of Vitamin C which helps maintain elasticity
Chia Seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids which help reduce skin inflammation and can leave your skin glowing.
Cinnamon can help heal acne and reduce blemishes.
