  1. Thoroughly wash all fruit and vegetables.
  2. Cut up fruit and vegetables into small to medium sizes depending on your juicer. Ensure apple seeds have been removed.
  3. Begin juicing, once complete, stir and enjoy!

Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are also a good source of antioxidants.
